The program–an effort to best serve women’s health in Greece–includes the development of a toolkit written by international experts and addressed to medical professionals and it is in relation to smoking control and the smoking effects on womens’ health (related toxicity, fertility, cancer, demographics, smoking cessation techniques, and tobacco harm reduction).

HHQ includes the preparation of informative leaflets, seminars and workshops for healthcare professionals, the content of which will be developed by international reputation scientists in the area of smoking control and cessation as well as smoking harm reduction, the HHQ Αmbassadors – antismoking ambassadors. The program aims at disseminating the most recent data about the harmful effects of smoking to woman’s health through the webpage www.hhquit.eu and social media.

A great number of women will benefit from the program since more than 2000 medical doctors will have access to this literature database and toolkit.  IASO Maternity Hospital will become the new paradigm  for the national anti-smoking campaign in a hospital setting. Distinguished politicians and members of parliament are invited to participate and endorse the program.
